Inside Out follows 11-year-old Riley as her life is uprooted when her family moves to San Francisco. Inside her mind, five personified emotions—Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust—struggle to adapt, ultimately teaching that all feelings, even sad ones, are essential for emotional growth.
